Founded in 1990, WAK Management was established by our founder, Richard Arendsee, who sought to distinguish the company through exceptional service to residents and an unequaled work environment for employees. The company was named after his three sons.

WAK Management began with modest beginnings but a clear mission: to offer "Remarkable Service" that would set us apart and provide a community where residents can be proud to live. Headquartered in Arlington, Texas, the company now oversees nearly 4,500 apartment homes and 22 apartment communities across North Texas and Greater Nashville Tennessee.
